HuHot Mongolian Grill
HuHot Mongolian Grill , named the 2nd fastest-growing franchise in the country in Restaurant Business Magazine, “by focusing on distinctive ambiance, fresh and healthful food, good service and sound franchising strategies….” leverages the digitalbucket platform as the backbone for sharing digital content with their franchisees. The platform allows for the sharing of corporate marketing material, training content, menu details, and franchisee specific financial and operational information. Providing a consistent product and experience at 28 different locations is a challenge, especially with constantly changing marketing campaigns, training material, and menus. Providing an easy to use portal for sharing this information was the challenge that Molly Vap, VP of Franchise Development solved by selecting digitalbucket as their primary solution for content distribution and collaboration. Molly evaluated many different solutions, and eventually narrowed down the options to Microsoft Sharepoint and Digitalbucket.net. After working with her IT staff for a few weeks to bring up a sharepoint evaluation she set about piloting digitalbucket. “It was an easy decision to select digitalbucket. First of all, the pilot only required one day. Secondly, the digitalbucket user interface was so much more intuitive and it worked on both the macintosh and pc platforms in our mixed IT infrastructure.” After fully rolling the system out, there will be 50 users around the country sharing content in a seamless fashion.

De Bortoli Wines
1- Brief introduction of your company and the industry that your company belongs to.
We are a family owned company, and one of the largest Winemakers in Australia. Our head office is located on a farm in the Riverina region of NSW, we support 9 sites nationally, and several more international offices in Europe, the US and more.
From an IT standpoint, we strongly pursue and endorse the concepts of "Open Standards" and "Data Sovereignty". We are also extremely technically adept, and find we are generally several years ahead of other IT departments our size. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/De_bortoli_wines)
2- How digitalbucket.net utilization helps grow your company?
Digitalbucket has been very succesful with helping our marketing/export depts interract with external designers. The account structure offered with 10 sub accounts allocated to a master account is perfect because as well as providing a sub-account with full publishing access to the marketing dept, we can also provide share-only dB accounts for the major design places we frequently deal with.
The familiar interface, means there is little or no support and training required for our staff to come to grips with usage. The browser-based service delivery + cross browser support is also critical to us, as over half our company desktops are running Linux/Firefox via a trim client solution, with the rest on Windows/IE/Firefox
3- Which digitalbucket.net feature is the most useful feature and how do you use it?
The ability to provide publishing access for the internal sub-accounts, and share only access for any sub-accounts we set up for external firms we need to provide upload capabilites for.
4- How do you compare digitalbucket.net with similar products?
It compares well. The interface is very familiar, the service is well priced, but it's the various account options really set it apart - the master/sub-account plan really suits our approach to providing infrastructure and services to enable the users, while keeping IT management of the service to a minimum
5- As an established business, What was the compelling factor in your decision to use digitabucket.net?
Each of the features mentioned in previous questions are compelling in their own right, the fact that digitalBucket nailed them all was the most compelling factor :)
6- Any other comments you might have
The responsiveness of the support team is fantastic. Every bug/wishlist request I have filed has been at least responded to within 24 hours, and in most cases, fixed in that timeframe too.
It's also been very valuable to be able to discuss/critique the service directly with Greg (as CEO and founder of digitalBucket).

The DJ Booth
The DJ Booth , a leading online hip hop publication that reaches over half a million DJs, music lovers, and industry professionals every month, has selected Digital Bucket as its preferred platform for sharing various files across its organization. David Macli, The DJ Booth's President and Founder, was in need of a solution that allowed him to effortlessly distribute over 50 media files a week to 15 geologically dispersed writers and editors. He chose digital bucket due to its easy of use, permission controls, and activity monitoring functionality. Working with Digital Bucket has enabled The DJ Booth to house essential files in a centralized hub that is accessible by all employees from any internet-accesible computer. Brian Zisook, The DJ Booth's VP and Publisher, said "Digital Bucket has increased my productivity as well as that of my writers. We no longer have to send files over email and everyone on the team knows where to go in order to find their newest assignments. It is a platform I use every day and I consider it essential to our business workflow." Currently there are over 15 users on Digital Bucket but that number is expected to increase to 25 by the end of the year.

Scott Chytil Photography
1- Brief introduction of your company and the industry that your company belongs to.
Scott Chytil Photography provides professional photography for architectural, product and editorial clients.
2- How digitalbucket.net utilization helps grow your company?
I was spending a lot of time delivering files to my clients through my own website. It had problems and it was taking up too much time. Utilizing digitalbucket.net has streamlined my delivery process and it’s very easy for me and my clients to use, which frees up my time for more important tasks.
3- Which digitalbucket.net feature is the most useful feature and how do you use it?
When publishing a folder for a client they see thumbnails of all the images (and files) that I have published so they know what they are downloading. The ability to upload and publish any file type also helps me get paid quickly. I upload my invoice for each job in PDF format, and I upload an HTML page the client can click on that will take them to my credit card processing page so they can easily pay the invoice. I was using a database driven system I created that was cumbersome to maintain, and using digitalbucket.net has eliminated the complexities of that old system.
4- How do you compare digitalbucket.net with similar products?
There are many web sites catering to photographers that can help them deliver images to their clients. Most of these are based on wedding/portrait workflows which don’t work well for me. Most only allow image files to be uploaded, which limits their usefulness for invoicing and payment. I can also utilize digitalbucket.net’s sub-account features for sophisticated clients to mimic a review and approval process when needed.
5- As an established business, what was the compelling factor in your decision to use digitabucket.net?
Storage space and file size were the two biggest reasons. With the large amount of space available through the business subscription, at a very reasonable cost, I am able to store multiple jobs for each client in digitalbucket.net without worrying about space requirements. I can also upload 50 or 100 MB files for my clients and I know they will be able to download them.
6- Any other comments you might have.
The digitalbucket.net team has been great about listening to my requests and implementing new features. For a small business digitalbucket.net offers a lot of benefits I haven’t already mentioned, like branding for published folders and slideshows, multiple levels of folders for organizational purposes and sub-accounts for giving clients the ability to collaborate in the process. It’s a great all-around service that really works well.
